Transmission Warranty Overview

Premium Used Auto Parts focuses this warranty on damaged parts or items sent in error, covering parts exclusively. However, no labor costs are covered for any sold items. In the event of a damaged part, the company endeavors to replace it; if no replacement is available, a full refund will be offered. For customers canceling orders without wanting a replacement, a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may apply. Likewise, if a customer orders the wrong part and wishes to return it,a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may be imposed.Additionally, if a customer orders a part and later decides to cancel the order, a 25%restocking fee may be applied, with the option to defer shipping costs during refund processing.

Transmission Warranty Requirements

Follow these steps to maintain your transmission warranty:

  • ✓ Replace all external seals, gaskets, and filters. Bushings,Filters and strainers,O-rings, bell house , oil pan, shifter assembly
  • ✓ Flush the transmission system and replace the cooler as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • ✓ Use the correct transmission fluid specified by the manufacturer.
  • ✓ Replace the transmission filter and pan gasket according to instructions.
  • ✓ Install an external cooler or replace the factory one to prevent overheating.
  • ✓ Program the transmission with dealer software before installation to ensure proper operation.
Important: Items not covered under warranty must be replaced during installation. If they are not replaced and a problem occurs later, the warranty will be void.

  • Failure to flush cooler system
  • Overheating
  • Low or incorrect fluid
  • Water contamination
  • Modified without notifying us
  • Improper maintenance (Neglecting fluid changes or inspections voids warranties.)

Warranty Claim Requirements

To proceed with the warranty claim, we require complete and verified documentation related to the work performed. Please note that submission of the following documents is mandatory for warranty validation.

Invoice for Replaced Items

- The invoice must clearly mention the items that were replaced.
- It should also state that the replacement was carried out to restore the vehicle/equipment to proper working condition.

Installation Report

- An official installation report confirming that the replaced parts were installed correctly and according to standard procedures.

Diagnostic Report

- A detailed diagnostic report identifying the issue and justifying the replacement.
- This report must be issued by a certified mechanic or authorized service provider.

Receipt for Fluid Replacement

- A valid receipt confirming the replacement of fluids, including details of the type and quantity used.

Certified Mechanic’s Confirmation

- Written confirmation or certification from a qualified mechanic validating the diagnosis and repair work performed.

Important Notice: If the above-mentioned documents are not provided, the warranty claim cannot be processed, and the warranty will be considered void.
