In the event of a damaged part, the company endeavors to replace it; if no replacement is available, a full refund will be offered. For customers canceling orders without wanting a replacement, a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may apply. Likewise, if a customer orders the wrong part and wishes to return it,a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may be imposed.Additionally, if a customer orders a part and later decides to cancel the order, a 25%restocking fee may be applied, with the option to defer shipping costs during refund processing.

- A valid receipt confirming the replacement of fluids, including details of the type and quantity used.
- Written confirmation or certification from a qualified mechanic validating the diagnosis and repair work performed.
